Your personal information is only collected to fulfill your order and delivery needs, this personal information is not passed on to any third parties. Your credit card and personal details are not stored after payments are processed.

Delivery Policy
After your payment is processed we will deliver your order as requested. Deliveries are done between 10am-5pm and if there is no answer, our driver will leave your order securely at the front door. Bloss Creative Atelier cannot take responsibility once your order has been delivered. If our driver is unable to access the property for any reason they will return your order to the store and if you are wanting a another delivery this will incur an additional delivery charge

Refund Policy
Goods Return and Change Of Mind Return Policy If a change of mind return is desired please know we do not offer a full refund, however a store credit can be provided. If an order is received with a fault or defect we will offer a replacement or refund.
